Right From The Start Program

“Right from the Start” (RFTS) is a parenting course designed to enhance parents’ skills in reading infant cues and responding sensitively. The course uses attachment theory as a framework and active adult learning principles. RFTS is appropriate for any parent or caregiver of an infant under 24 months, including those at risk for social, emotional, behavioural, or developmental difficulties.

COPEing With Toddler Behaviour Program

COPEing with Toddler Behaviour (CWTB) is an 8-session parenting course designed to enhance parents’ skills in preventing challenging behaviour in toddlers. The course uses parenting styles theory and toddler behaviour guidance as a framework and active adult learning principles. CWTB is appropriate for any parent or caregiver of a toddler 12 to 36 months old, including those at risk social, emotional, behavioural, or developmental difficulties.

Community Parent Education Program

COPEing with 3 to 12 Year Olds and 13 to 18 Year Olds are large group, community based, parenting programs. COPE is designed to help all parents develop proven skills to strengthen their relationships with their children, increase cooperation, and solve problems.
